FAQ

  • Do you offer free delivery and collection?
    On all of our packages (excluding the click and collect package where you collect the equipment directly from our address), we offer free delivery and collection within 15 miles of CB4 1TU. Outside of that area, we charge £2 per mile for delivery. If you're not sure if we deliver to your area or what the cost might be, please contact us and we would be happy to help you work it out.
  • Do you set up the soft play or do I need to do it myself?
    With our click and collect package, you would need to collect and set it all up yourself. With all of our other packages, as long as you're there to let us in and show us where you'd like it - we will do the rest! We will let you know once we are all set up so you can check you're happy with it and then we will come back to collect everything at the end of your event.
  • What happens if you come to set up my soft play and I don't have enough space?
    We will always do our best to set up the equipment that you have booked however, on rare occasions, if the space isn't available, we will not be able to do this. We will set up as much as we can in the space you have available for us and will let you know if there is anything that we don't have space to set up. We do ask that you check the space before booking, we have our required spaces listed on our packages page.
  • I've booked an outdoor hire, what happens if it rains on the day?
    Whenever you're booking an outdoor hire, we ask that you please have a back up option in the case of bad weather, or extreme heat! The soft play cannot be set up outdoors in bad weather or if bad weather is forecast for that day. When the temperatures are extremely high, the equipment can get hot and in some cases it will get too hot for little ones to touch and play on. Again, for these situations, we do ask that you have a back up option of shade or an indoor space. If we arrive to set up your equipment when the weather is bad or forecast to be bad and no back up option has been arranged, we will not be able to set up and may have to cancel your booking without a refund subject to our terms and conditions.
  • How do I know what's included in my hire?
    On our packages page, we detail what is included in each package. You can add on a theme and the contents of the theme is listed on our booking page. If you want to get a better idea of what it might look like, we have hundreds of photos on our Instagram and Facebook to browse. If you want to see photos of a specific set up, send us a message, we would love to send you some photos.
  • When do I have to pay for my hire?
    The deposit (£75 for click and collect and £50 for all other packages) needs to be paid when booking to secure your hire date. The balance will be invoiced and needs to be paid at least 14 days before your hire date.
  • If I cancel my event after booking, can I get my deposit refunded?
    Unfortunately not, the booking deposit is non-refundable. We are happy to reschedule to a different date, subject to availability, if you give us more than 14 days notice.
  • How long does it take to set up?
    It depends on the package you've booked and whether you have a theme or not. As a general rule, the packages take around 30 minutes to set up and if you have booked a theme then we would allow another 15 minutes for this. If you're not sure how long to allocate for set up, contact us and we will let you know. We will advise you of our arrival time by email when we confirm your booking.
  • What age is the soft play suitable for?
    Our soft play is only suitable for children under the age of 5.
  • Do you have insurance?
    Yes, we have full public liability insurance and would be happy to provide a copy of this on request.
